Give it an ability like imposter but with choice scarf built in and this would be mint. Hologram copies opponent base stats, but can only select one move but 1.5x speed – typing remains electric/steel.
Only items it can hold is “Projector” if it wants to use hololgram ability. Otherwise it has its own move set.
