The 1st image is based on a narwhal, water type, amd the water starter in my region.
The second image is the one that I'm having the most trouble about. It could either be the middle or final evo depending on ideas in the comments. I'm planning for it to go to a water-ground or water-dark so if you could help out, it would be greatly appreciated!
