Hello there! Welcome to the Yoshiatom Region! My name is Beech, but many just simply call me the Pokemon Professor. Professor Beech then releases a Smeargle from a pokeball This is a Pokemon and it is my job to study the many Pokemon within the region as well as their relationship with mankind. Many humans often form strong bonds with different pokemon with humans most commonly having them as partners in battle against others. But despite our close relationship, there are still several things we have yet to find out about these wonderful creatures – which is why I must request your aid in studying each of these pokemon. I would do it myself, but I have many other duties that I must attend to in my lab.

But before you embark on your journey, I must warn you that the wild is a dangerous place for people without pokemon, which is why I am letting you choose from one of three Pokemon that I have carefully selected to take with you on your journey. Just take one of the pokeballs on the table beside me and you can begin.

You then walk to the table beside Professor Beech and grab the PokeBall on the far left and release a creature resembling a bipedal badger cub mostly made of stone and different minerals such as gems, gold, and silver. Upon being released, the creature readies itself for battle.

Ah! So you're curious about Cubore? It's a formidable rock-type Pokemon with a strong spirit – very easy to train.

You then put Cubore back into its Pokemon as then you pick up the PokeBall in the middle and release a small, bipedal black-haired goat like creature with gray skin, horns made out of ice, small pointed ears, fangs, what resembles a red band around its waist, and a tail resembling a lion's with the tassel being made of ice.

Ah! So you're curious about Kidpus? It's a very mischievous ice-type Pokemon that relies on dirty tricks to beat it's opponents – definitely worth training.

You then put Kidpus back into its PokeBall as then you pick up the PokeBall on the far right and release a creature resembling a baby lynx with brown fur, spots that resemble splotches of dirt, and what resembles small stones all over its body.

Ah! So you're curious about Siltten? It's a very clever ground type that is rather weak physically, but it more than makes up for it with its intelligence – very difficult to train.

You then put Siltten back into its PokeBall as you then approached Professor Beech.

Now that you've looked over each of the provided pokemon, which do you want to be your partner on this journey?
