Velocikitty – Pack Pokémon (Normal/Dragon-Type)
Living in a pack of up to six, their leader's roar have the special ability to spread their power to the rest of the pack, giving them the speed and strength to take down larger prey.
Based on the "T-Rex" deformity of cats, and Ark: Survival Evolved's raptor.
Tigerannus – Roaring Pokémon (Normal/Dragon-Type)
Evolved by reaching level 45 with Velocikitty.
When hunting, they initiate an intimidation roar that instills fear in the hearts of even the most bravest. Strangely enough, while most smaller Pokémon flee for safety, there are those that hear it as a call to arms and hunt alongside the Tigerannus. They see the Tyrantrum as their rivals.
Based on Ark: Survival Evolved's yutyrannus.
I did some colouring tweaks to Velocikitty as the black and red for the Tigerannus looked too similar to Litten and it's evolutions. Plus, the silvery-white will help it stand out as a Normal-Type instead of it looking like a Fire-Type.
