Is it misprint or just scratched? The card is graded 8.5 from GRAAD but no info. It has a “cross” X near “Rapid Strike”, where the surface is still normally flat and holo. Please help and explain your point of view if it’s a defect made by grading or previews owner, or it’s a factory misprint.
