Is it a thing? maybe i’m new to it, but I would just throw away the card, but this is so badly cut and not even a whole card. maybe its just me. but I’ve never seen a card this bad

Another casualty from a flow wrapper packaging line. The imprints are from the heated cutting head that performs the end seal.
If Pokemon is cool with disabling their quality controls and passing all these defects on to the customer, I can only imagine how much of this crap they are printing. Going to be their junk wax era.

Wait, jokes aside, is this a new card?! I was only aware of two cards existing that can burn themselves (Rising Rivals Arcanine and SM Black Star Promos Porygon-Z *GX*). Guess I’ll have to add Paradox Rift Klawf to that list.
