So something I noticed about Vinnie is seems to look a lot like Mega Rayquaza. His sideburns beard looks like Mega Rayquaza's lower face and his outfit not only has the colour scheme but even has the gold dots that Rayquaza has. Just another link to Rayquaza the Quasartico has other than the name.

I hadn’t even noticed that or the name connection. Since rayquaza and zygarde both play major roles in the anime I just assumed the villains would be after rayquaza in this game
