I've been wanting to find an isolated sound file of a specific sound from the Pokémon show, but I have no idea what to call it, which makes it vastly more difficult to try and find it. I've always referred to it as the "Victory Zap" but that's just me lol.
The sound I'm referring to is in this video, right when Team Rocket make their 'victory' pose after Ash walks away from them. It's used many times in the early seasons of the show, but this is the one I just found.

You can probably recreate it with a decent microphone, a sturdy wine glass, and some plugins/filters.
