For context; I went into a GameStop hoping to buy some stuff and get this promo to add to my collection of stamped GameStop promos, I grabbed a jolteon funko pop and went to the counter and asked but he said he thought they were out. We got to talking, I showed him pictures of my collection on my phone and we talked about our fav Pokémon. Sure enough, he said “ since you aren’t a reseller “ and handed me this.
