I'm saying this because people today announced that they have not got the free pass even though they are in America but there are people in South Carolina and New York reported that they already got the pass so I don't know if it's something like destiny where only certain people will get it first and then you have to wait at a later date. I know a lot of players hated this in destiny to a point where people just said f*** it I'm done. You know because it's just nothing but self entitled BS. Then you see like people on YouTube bragging about it.
Yeah I was checking out the comments on this video and I gotta say a lot of people don't understand these companies like they never played a video game in their life. When you have something like a go pass or a season pass when it has to be released how they release; it is that first people who get early access they get it first then content creators then streamers and then everybody else even if it says it's going to be released today 10 AM that doesn't mean everyone's gonna get it at 10 AM you might have the wait until nighttime or even the end of the week. That's why a lot of people don't like models like this because it makes people angry that people who kiss these companies 🍑 they are free to get whatever they want whenever they want. whereas everyone else has to wait as if they are in the dmv and they can't enjoy the game.
Personally to me it's not something you should get upset over because it's just giving you the same stuff you already have the same pokemon the same rewards stuff you can get in game it's not like they're going to offer you new pokemon or new never foreseen resources.

it's early access only a few people like content creators are going to have access to it. Most likely you're gonna have to wait 2 or 3 months to even have the availability to purchase or to acquire a pass because it's gonna revolve around content creators feedback most likely they're going to decrease the rewards and they're just gonna make the challenges more difficult to acquire points more grindy. That's what happened to a lot of games like assassin's creed destiny 2 and DC universe online content creators got early access they told them to make the game harder decrease the rewards so they're able to stream more content on a challenge set to a point where it really affected the content that it wasn't fun that it was just nothing but endless grind for nothing. You might as well say that this is gonna be the end of Pokémon GO. #pokemongo #pokemon
I learned my lesson the hard way when companies do something like this do not waste your money because they don't respect the player base they only respect content creators. Next what they're probably gonna do is that whenever we gonna have a new event they're going to start allowing content creators to have 2 months in advance to enjoy the content and then you're gonna start seeing videos where they're bragging about it and leaking future events spoiling everything.
