Made an idea for a Normal-Type Rotom who’s possessed a pencil sharpener.

The idea is that a pencil sharpener is particularly plain… like the type suggests. Additionally, the Caloridian region is very art oriented (being based off of Florida and mainly Wynwood, and California’s Hollywood) and a pencil sharpener fits that. Additionally art is kind of a normal thing of human culture, not only are many Pokemon are inspired by real world things, but Rotom is an artificial Pokemon itself. As for the new move it learns, it isn’t a signature move, a lot of Normal-Type Pokemon could probably learn this, due to several energy based normal attacks like “Swift” and “Hyper-Beam” just being generic energy attacks, and all of the art-based Normal-Type moves I’m going to make will follow this logic: generic energy attacks, just in a more artistic style if applicable due to certain types of art (like crocheting) being able to create by the Pokemon without this logic needed. “Mosaic Mash” is a Normal-Type attack that does either Physical or Special damage depending on which attack stat is higher for the user. I’m taking art art-based approach to Normal-Type moves because: Firstly, Smeargle and Grafaiai are Normal-Type, Secondly, I’m making a Rhythm-type and art-moves could make Normal more distinct, and Thirdly, art is just a normal part of our society and some animal are make art themselves in the wild (Pufferfish, Bowerbirds, ect.)
