Ugh, I absolutely despise the fact that the top rated pokemon for this cup is one that's basically unattainable.

I have rank 16 shadow mawile with frustration tmed away but I don't have enough candy to power her up…

ABB teams are impossible to use in low elo. I have better luck using ABC teams. Low rank players are unpredictable as fuck. Every time I go ABB they'll have one Pokémon that destroys my whole team.
Kinda wild how Mawile has as many options for Fast Attack as it does for Charged Attacks. While Fire Fang definitely seems like the play, it would be fun to see how a build with Astonish would work.
Currently going 24-6 with galatain weezing, Gastradon, and whimsicott. So far my only troubles during the cup is lapris but so far hardly any opposition

I am usinv regular mawile at 1394 cp and its still amazing
9/10 with gastrodon as the lead and with mawile and ferrothorn for safe swaps.

I used all my charged tm's (24) on mawile and didn't get these charged moves once. Am i missing something here?

7/8 wins with my current Tentacruel-Araquanid-Gal. Electrode team, came across a few mawiles & beat them easily

2:00 Of course this Pokemon has so much play in this cup. This braindead pokemon will have play everywhere it is available. Tanky as a motherfucker and perma debuff. For clowns this is the perfect pokemon
Paldean water Taurus, Qwilfish and Empoleon on the lead has been doing work for me. Everyone has a Mawile, even at like 1300CP in the lead lol. It’ll eventually take a backseat as more people add mud boys.
I'm running Lapras/Amoongus/Tropius and it's working out really well.
