Found these in a bag of skylander cards.
I bubbly remember having them as a kid but I have no idea where or why as I don't speak Spanish (I'm assuming that's Spanish, lol dont murder me Mr. Doulingo). I'm assuming if you collect them all, they form a picture in the reverse. Unfortunately I only have these 13 so they don't make much of anything. I love them anyways.
