Pikachu DOES Have a Black Tail

I was playing Alpha Sapphire when I noticed Pikachu does in-fact have a black tail, despite what I’ve heard online. You can even see it in his sprite art. There is no Mandela effect. Not sure why or how this rumor started but hopefully this puts it to rest.
