Temporal Forces cards in Twilight Masquerade Booster?

I recently ordered some booster packs on cardmarket. I opened two Twilight Masquerade boosters, and 6 cards seem to be from Temporal Forces.

Is this normal? They‘re german boosters, if that changes anything.
