Not all Meowth are made and treated equally. A Little Meowth in the big city. Strays go unseen and forgotten therefore they have changed to Ghost types. Some say they are the spirits of Meowths that have died in the streets unwanted. It's body flickers with flame like plasma leaping off of it at all times.
