Basically there is exposed foil along the boarder pointed out and a few tiny tiny dots where the foil has too come off. I wanted to grade this card but this has no chance at a ten as I know that means it’s virtually flawless. Does this have potential to get a nine maybe? I read the description that a nine means superb condition with one minor flaw.
