How badly did I mess up by putting these in official sleeves and top loaders

I can't show the backs because they're in official pokemon sleeves(😭) but the gengar has a teensy bit of white on two edges, gardevoir's back is perfect, raquaza is a PSA 4 candidate. How badly do you think I messed them up? And more importantly how tf should I get them out
