Well you steal someone’s IP and you should probably get shut down. Could have made a very similar game, just not skinned it and named it Mario.

I would love an official Nintendo Battle Royale game.

Meanwhile…
current SGDQ on Twitch is doing Races of Modified ROMs (pirated copies) of Nintendo Games (meaning non-original games of Nintendo)
and they’re not being DMCA’d LUL
. ___ ___ ___ .
I know it’s ROMs because the players in said Race explained they’re playing ROMs and modifying the games to create new games for said Races.
Funny Nintendo, they only go after non-company affiliated games.
Because they won’t go after Amazon, as Amazon is larger than they are.

Why is Nintendo always so shitty when it comes to anything regarding the internet? From their own services to treatment of fan games to their youtube music policy.

Okay. Shutting down publicly distributed fan games using copyrighted IP and assets is standard industry practice. It’s not just Nintendo who does it. It sucks, but that’s just how copyright laws work.

Yet another example of how you can’t steal someone else’s IP and do whatever you want with it. Will people ever learn?

I haven’t read the comment section but I already know the type of comments:
1- Something something Nintendo is a greedy company for not letting fans steal their IPs.
2- Someone putting Sonic Mania as a good example of why Nintendo should let fans create fan games without knowing Sega did that because they no longer know how to do a decent Sonic game.
3-something something emulators (there is always a guy talking about this)

Nintendo stole this idea for Fall Guys
