Chase cards we’re never supposed to cost more then $100

For years the only super expensive cards were the good star cards and like hyper rare limited release stuff. The bug hits in sets during the late BW, XY, and even more of Sun and Moon, never went over $100 dollars but thanks to poke investors and influencers suddenly all chase cards have a starting price of $300. I know they’ll eventually go down but then a few months later they suddenly shoot up again.
