So I sent in a PSA submission and it was refused and they sent me this picture of the box. Mind you this was overnighted express shipping brand new box. The paper and card submitted were bubble wrapped in the center of the box with packing paper on both the bottom and top protecting it. Think cards were stolen or damaged and repackaged?
