It’s very energetic and playful. And packs a punch with its electricity.
But it can’t really control itself, so when it uses electric attacks it tends to use all of its charge in 1 go and overload itself. So they have to take a minute to ground themselves using the pads on its stomach and feet.
When doing so, they turn into a ground type for the time it’s resting and becomes very lethargic and slow.
