These regional variants of Purrlon and Liepard are based on a combination of things.
First and most obviously, the angora cat, famous for heterochromia which is very much a clear trait on these two as well along with their coat being fluffier to fit.
Second they are inspired by crystal balls and fortune telling. While its not as present in their outward appearance they are meant to be a partial referance to general mysticism and fortune tellers.
