So these guys are probably the most unique evolutions I have so far in my region. They could have been just regional variants but I decided to make them evolutions so they could get a stat boost. But anyways, time to explain their evolution method: So if Zangoose is holding an electirizer (Electivire's evolution item) and Seviper is hold a magmarizer (Magmortar's evolution item) you can trade them with another trainer who has the counterpart of who you have and they evolve. So if you have a Zangoose holding an electirizer and trade them with someone who has a Seviper holding a magmarizer, they evolve. And yes I do know trade evolutions are one of if not the most hated evolution method, but I would have it to where there are npc's in the world who will trade with you and trade back for these types of evolutions. So Zyphoon keeps the Z from Zangoose and is combined with typhoon, and Vipyre is viper and pure, pretty straightforward.
