One of my coworkers said it was dumb that Dragonair evolved into Dragonite even though they look nothing alike, so my brain decided to make Dragonay! They are the protector of the sea.
How you evolve them is kind of sad though. You have to leave Dragonair in a box all alone for ten in game days.
