Street Fighter 6 character pass is reported to be on a DLC code/voucher slip, the game key card only downloads the base game as seen in the Japanese version retail packaging

I'm assuming for those who plan to buy the game key card used, the DLC won't be included and will need to be re-purchased since tied to the the NSO account
