For me personally, the DS has always been my favorite. I don’t know what it is. It hit that perfect sweet spot—nostalgia and innovation. It let me revisit old regions like Johto with updated graphics, dive into fresh stories like Unova’s, and actually trade and battle with friends wirelessly for the first time. The dual screen made everything feel more immersive, and being able to carry all my Pokémon from GBA to DS made the journey feel truly mine.
