This is Wyldxwirl, the fourth member of the Yggdrasil quartet along with Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde. It's based on Ratatoskr and is essentially the Pokémon world's equivalent of it, being a mischievous prankster who trolls other Pokémon (including its fellow Kalosian legendaries) for shits and giggles. It's effectively become one of my fakemon mascots ever since I drew it up a couple of years ago.
