Hello, this is a bit of an odd question, but I don't know where else to ask.
I'm working on a Pokémon YouTube video, and I wanted to stop using PNGs and instead use Gifs.
I did find someone who had uploaded every a gif of every pokemon from Pokemon Home, but for some reason, most of the latter gens have gone missing from it: https://x.com/zim_/status/1735068577286197669
The same person also uploaded all the shiny versions, which does have every pokemon:

but I would prefer not having to use the shiny versions if I can avoid it.
So my question is: where do YouTubers get the assets for their videos?
