I’ve been wondering if Pokémon Scarlet & Violet (Pokémon ZA) will include a Battle Tower or something similar. For those who might not know, the Battle Tower is basically a feature that turns any Pokémon game into an endless challenge mode — you battle increasingly tough trainers with your team to test your skills and climb the ranks. It’s great for replayability and competitive practice!
Here’s a quick list of Pokémon games that have had a Battle Tower or comparable facilities:
• Pokémon Emerald (Battle Tower)
• Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum (Battle Tower)
• Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver (Battle Frontier with Battle Tower)
• Pokémon Black and White (Battle Subway)
• Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 (Battle Subway)
• Pokémon X and Y (Battle Maison)
• Pokémon Sun and Moon (Battle Tree)
• Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon (Battle Tree)
• Pokémon Sword and Shield (Battle Tower)
These modes are awesome for extending the game after the main story and testing different teams without the story restrictions.
Does anyone know if Scarlet & Violet will have this? Or maybe a new version of the Battle Tower? Would love to hear your thoughts and any official info if you’ve seen it!

No it has a Lumiose Tower
i highly doubt it.
big reason why people mostly did it was to get battle items you couldnt find anywhere else but now in Scarlet and Violet you can just buy everything with money.
BW2 tournament system is something i would like to see again or Emerald’s battle frontier.
Scarlet and Violet definitely not.
PLZA might not have an actual battle tower, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it had some sort of endless battling mechanic given that’s the whole Z-A Royale storyline thing.
Well given that a big part of the story is going to be battling already I doubt it. And all those post game battle challenges were manly ways to grind to get the items you need for competitive play since back then making even ***one*** battle ready Pokémon was a really long task.
They’ve shortened the process but they still have a long way to go.
That is unless Pokémon Champions just ends up being a way better version of Pokémon showdown.
Would it have a battle tower? Probably not, the sv dlc didn’t have one and people clapped it up.
Would it be cool if it did? Yes considering this is the prime game where it’d be fun to experiment with battling and it’d be considerably more fun to try to do a battle tower challenge now that it’s an action rpg, plus the Lumiose tower is right there so they could use that as the prime place.
But this is gamefreak, so probably not.
Maybe. Legends Arceus had a weird iteration of it added in an update that you access from the player’s bed.
