So I purchased a Drowzee SAR through ebay. I am new to purchasing on ebay so did not notice this was a stock photo. Photo and description did not indicate any issues with the card. The card came back and I have never seen such an off centred card. It is worse than any English singles I have. So I rated everything as a 3 to 5 star but 1 star for “item as described”. This ebay seller is getting a bit hostile? Should I report?
