PSA Slab – is there a problem?

I’ve just had this delivered (brought off eBay) the label is legit and matches what PSA says is the cert number.

But I’ve noticed some white spots in the slabs casing ? Any idea what it is ? I’ve got other PSA slabs that don’t have it ?

Or is it just an older slab ?
