I didn't draw Meowth in said art style, i just always draw meowth like that.
I used pokecardmaker.net for the template and used art from PTCGP for reference, namely Gladion, Lana, Kaiwe, and Sabrina 2 star. Basically any 2 star I have
Meowth's my favorite pokemon and has a relation with drawing cards due to payday, and I was currently physically drawing a card while thinking of what the card should do, so you can draw three cards, but you physically have to bring out a pen and paper and draw three cards to do so.
I only actively play TCG Pocket so IDK how balanced it is in actual TCG 😅
Anyway, I'm not used to drawing in this style so I know it's far from accurate, I just wanted to try
