This is a fighting, electric type Pikachu line, I made them more hamster like so no tails. Also provided is Ash for scale.
I hope I did a good job because I didn't want to over design this and make it not feel like a version of Pikachu.
The in universe idea of how this variant came to be is that a colony of Pikachu we're battle maniacs and as a result they selectively bred themselves for combat and increased agility, hence no tails and shorter ears.
The electricity is not part of their body they are consistently generating it, similar to Typhlosion.
