Sicily based Fakemon, what do you think ?

Hi! This is my starter design for a project based on the Sicily region. This Pokémon is inspired by an elephant and Mount Etna (the volcano). I just want to know—does the design look like a real Pokémon to you, or is it garbage? Any tips or feedback would be really appreciated! 🙂
