Introducing P'Oiseau, the Poison Feather Pokémon.
(I am aware the art is terrible, but I wanted to be able to share the idea.)
Oiseau is the French word for bird. In French, you would say "l'oiseau," with the article le being contracted. So I replaced "l" with "p," because that spells teh beginning of the word "poison."
P'Oiseau is based on the Hooded Pitohui, which is poisonous because of its diet (hence the beetle in its mouth, its typing, and its abilities). Its face is done to resemble a Mr. Yuk sticker, as is its coloration.
