The map just shows an hypothetical distribution of already existing pokemon in a possible iceland inspired region.. (there are a couple of "extras" in there as well)
Some concept that came to mind are:
- a gym (maybe the eighth one) with both ice and fire as main type. The leaders could be siblings or maybe even lovers and it would be a double battle. Other important gyms would be water, rock, ground, steel, grass, ghost, fairy, dark (i think i should add more dark types)
- trevenant is everywhere because of the centuries of deforestation that have made real world iceland mostly barren
- i can see many legendaries being found around (forgot to add entei actually), especially the ones based on ice, magma and the aurora. I can envision both articunos showing up..
Dunno, wondering if you'd like iceland as a region. If you like the format i could do this with other places of the world…
