I found my old 3DS and copy of alpha sapphire at my parents' house recently. Since then I've been itching to replay the game, but I'm torn.
My older brother gave me this 3DS for my 11th birthday in 2014 and got me this copy of alpha sapphire on the game's release day.
This sceptile was my first ever starter on the game that introduced me to Pokemon, caught on the day of the game's release, and I don't know if I want to completely erase him. But I also really want to play the game again, and I don't know if it's worth it to never play it again just to save one Pokemon. I'm also a broke college student and can't justify purchasing any other game copies right now either. So… to reset or not to reset?
