Jubble is based on jesters,circus sea lions and juggles the bubble balls , just like the bubble ball buball balances on its nose
(The evolution line is based on circus sea lions and I have their ranks gradually promoted, buball was a little circus sea lion pup, jubble is now a circus sea lion jester, the final evo will be a circus sea lion ring master)
