Yesterday, I uploaded my initial design of Flombat, The Grass starter Pokémon of the Aussia Region, a fanmade region of mine based on Australia. It isnt in the Sugimori style, but it'll do. Flombat is based on the extinct Diprotodon, and wombat. I enjoy this design more than yesterday's. Although, it looks more like a dog. 😅But then, look at Chespin: first glance, I guarantee you NOBODY instantaneously recognizes it as a hedgemunk. (YES, it exists.)

Flombat nestle beneath forest canopies, soaking up sunlight through the foliage on their backs. It uses its flower bud to store energy, and stay warm during cool mornings. Calm and curious, they'll often mimic rustling leaves to blend into its surroundings. They gleefully roam the very few lush forests floors of Aussia, confident in the protection of the fierce Wombuardian. 😀
