I have here the Moltres & Zapdos & Articuno GX – Black Star Promo in a CGC 9.5
Now this is how I've bought the card. I have never sent my own cards in for grading.
I was contemplating seeing if CGC would change it to a 10 since they no longer do 9.5 (I know I missed there time window for the free one)
Other option is to crack it and send it in through psa at gamestop and gamble the results of a 9 but hope for a 10
Or just leave it be since the old cgc 9.5 might go up in value as they no longer will label them that way.
Any opinions on this would be appreciated.
