Why doesn't he use charge attacks?

I swear my raids are bugged . All show only 1 person then when I join lobby 4 people then with 2 seconds to go 1-2 leave
Update from reading other comments and people just don’t seem to wanna do it with low lvls . I’m 40 and found a lobby with 3 50s and did it just fine
I have gotten 2 invites to dynamax raids today who i was not able to join. Have seen 0 friends in dynamax lobbies trough out the whole day…
Teammates in that first battle were sandbagging. Attacking with Rillaboom and Charizard??

Latias is very easy. I trioed it with 2 metagross and a gmax gengar in only 4 transformations. So idk how people think it is hard.

I used a Blissey that had 3 shields (max guards) on it at once and with one solar beam, all 3 shields were gone AND like 75% of its health was gone

Remoted a latios of genie , ran away then went out to take out a latios and hosted a lobby on genie . 2 of the 3 people in my genie lobby dipped and kept leaving so I invited other people . We lost TWICE and then we trioed it with 2 max mushrooms

How can you use non dmax or gmax Pokémon in these battles??
They NEVER EVER give me good stats, OR shinies, im over 120 max battles, ZERO shinies, only a SMALL handful of 3*, like 5-10.(out of 120?!) This game is going downhill FAST! The newfound Greed of Scopely is repulsive, I dont expect this game will last much longer, demanding more money isnt how you keep a dwindling population to stay.
I managed to do 12 dmax raids over the weekend and managed to get 1 shiny Latias and 1 96%IV latios (which should be good for eternatus later down the line) 😊
