I asked my friend what this was because they keep showing on my radar, except everytime I go to the stops they are at, they never spawn on the map. He said it's emolga and there isn't anything odd about them. I've been to 3 different stops the radar says they are at and they don't spawn there. They're the only Pokemon this has ever happened with. What's up with it?
