Does Mega Victreebel feel more like a Gigantamax form to anyone else

I like the design I just feel like the exaggerated and gimmicky features feel more similar to how Gigantamax Pokemon were designed such as Butterfree and Kingler. This is in contrast to the way base designs were built upon with Megas. Fun design either way just didn’t see many talking about it.
