Lucky traded for a shiny dynamax chansey and I am unable to power it up. The candy to power it up appears to be pitch black as opposed to chansey's pink candy. I am still able to evolve (have not evolved though) and unlock max moves normally.
Everyone be careful about trading shinies until this issue is addressed
Any help or advice on how to proceed would be appreciated
