i had this book as a kid in the early 2000s, we had ripped the cover off i guess because i remember the cover was gone but i remember the pages and Really want to find it again. hoping someone recognizes it

-it was gen 3 games specifically, and included the gamecube games
-it had a lot of text on it
-the stats were DEFINITELY a graph im so so sure
-it also definitely had all the game specific locations. it may have even had encounter rates
