Can you use up your shiny luck?

So I got a Shundo Groudon earlier this year via a remote raid and then tried 3 more remote raids but didn’t get any shiny.

Now when the shadow Groudon was out I tried almost 45 raids in person using almost all my premium passes with not 1 shiny. How does this work?

Also if someone wants to mirror trade these for a hundo I’m open.
