Based on varroa mites and honeybees! I wanted to turn the mutualism into parasitism.
Sectine – Known for the unique-tasting honey that they produce, Sectine are a popular sight in their home region. Trainers owning any Sectine are encouraged to check them regularly for Varraid.
Varraid – They crawl stealthily around the hives of Sectine, feeding off of them at any opportunity. Sometimes they are discovered after becoming too full to move and ousted.
Mytillery – They use their long mouths and barbed legs to steal nutrients from unsuspecting Sectine, often draining their hosts entirely. Once full, Mytillery will launch the spikes on its back at other potential prey in a shrapnel-like fashion.
