Assuming 2x XP and I use a lucky egg, evolving one Pokemon gives 4000XP.
I need another 20,666,749XP to level up
It takes 18 seconds for the evolution animation
So… 20,666,749/4000= 5,167 evolutions
Which would take me…
5,167*18= (93,006 seconds)
93,006/60= (1,550.1 minutes)
1,550.1/60= (25.835 Hours)
If I wanted to level up by only evolving Pokemon, I would have to evolve 5,167 Pokemon and it would take me 26 hours. I looked it up and didn’t see any cap on how many evolutions you can do per day so the limiting factor is candies and time. Theoretically if I had enough candy’s I could go up a level in just a days time! Now that would be a GRIND!
