Once a product gets up there in price it's out of reach for a lot of people, most don't have the money or would be down to spend 5-10k for a single booster box but all these ''investors'' believe today's modern sets are going to reach the heights of WOTC/EX era which I just don't see happening with the level of hoarding that's going on right now.
It's never been this insane before so who knows what'll happen over the next decade but will there be actual pokemon fans spending thousands down the road for products that aren't rare at all? Or will it just be a game of investor bros selling to each other to see how high the ceiling can go?
